On Tuesday, 15 September 2026, at 18:00 CEST, we warmly invite you to an online training session on “Potential Funding Opportunities in the EU Context” with Andreea Prasacu and Claudia Singer-Smith.
The session will provide participants with an introduction to possible EU funding programmes and financing opportunities for projects. It will offer initial guidance on how to identify suitable funding opportunities and what to consider when preparing an EU project application.
Participants will also learn more about the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR), its objectives, structure and areas of activity, as well as the opportunities it offers for transnational cooperation in the Danube Region.
In addition, the speakers will introduce useful platforms and online resources for finding current funding opportunities, project calls and existing initiatives, as well as tools that can support organisations in searching for suitable project partners and building international partnerships.
The training will therefore provide a practical first overview of where to find relevant information, how to explore opportunities for cooperation, and how organisations can become involved in European and Danube Region projects.
